Coogee Bathroom
This Coogee apartment bathroom renovation began with a clear goal: to update an outdated space and bring in a more modern, fresh feel without compromising on practicality. The client wanted a clean, functional design that maximised the use of a compact footprint, while still feeling calm, stylish and considered.
A standout feature of the new design is the custom steel-framed fluted glass shower screen, a modern visual anchor that adds personality and privacy without enclosing the room. Subtle textured tiles and warm timber joinery introduce natural tones, while the recessed mirrored cabinet and in-wall shelving add much-needed storage without clutter.
Working within an apartment presented its challenges, including plumbing constraints, noise restrictions and strict strata requirements. Careful planning and clear communication were essential to deliver the renovation smoothly and on time.
The end result is a light-filled, highly functional bathroom that feels larger than it is, with thoughtful finishes and details that reflect the client’s brief for a crisp, elevated space.
